Matthew has been at Northcliffe for over 15 years, joining as a junior in 2003 and has represented the club at all Amateur levels before turning Professional in 2014 where he continued to work at Northcliffe as Assistant Professional before taking over as Head Professional in October 2017. The clubs Junior Academy which is supported by the Golf Foundation & HSBC Golf Roots with the aim of teaching kids all the golfing skills they will need to become better golfers aswell as many skills for life, is run by Matthew and he is assisted in the sessions by Hannah Chaudry who was the 2017 recipient for the Golf Foundation's Montgomerie Award which recognises nationally the best young volunteer.
